That's right, we're having our first Gathering on these boards, because this way we all don't have to be on at the same time to roleplay. What a concept! So, I suggest that a LEADER starts the actual roleplay. That excludes me. Sadly. I'll just post something about the scenery. xD]
A chilled wind swept over the large clearing called Fourtrees, forcing the four trees themselves to sway. Loose dirt and soil stirred, but for the most part the hard-packed ground was unmoveable. Glinting in the glare of a bright and full moon stood the Highrock, as solid and formidable as always, awaiting the arrival of the four clans. Uncertainty lurked in the air; would all four clans make it to the Gathering? FireClan and LightningClan were strong, yes; but LightningClan had recently lost its deputy. OceanClan was still small, though gathering power. StormClan...lacked a camp. And active members. StormClan was the real topic of depate, right after what to do about Talon Tribe.
But there would be new news tonight. StarClan wanted the clans to move, to migrate to another place. Bad things would come if they didn't. One of which being something like Mad Bird Disease, but no one's really too sure about that yet.
...let the Gathering begin.

Heatherpaw walked up at the fourtrees. The smell of all of all four clans came to her nose but they were stale. Sighing she sat down and looked around.[short]

"Ah, a clan gatherin'" Were the words whispered by the black female who approached the neutral grounds with silent footsteps, golden eyes wearily drifting upwards as a high pitched yowl burst from the old ones lungs as she released a feline howl to the moon above, this simple act deprived the feline of most of its energy, moons of living beneath the ghostly glow of Moonstone with little food had not been kind to the loner and without Darksoul or his companion for company the days had been harsh indeed.
(Darksoul and friend are inviso kitties, imaginary friends who are 'dead')

Heatherpaw looked at the other cats approch. The small of her parents flooded over her as she realized that her parents was next to her, "A clan gathering... I havent been to one of these in a while," A whisper floated around her. Sighing she looked up at the great rock and stared at it.

Brighteyes watched the clans slowly file into the clearing from the shadows cast by the swaying trees overhead. Her heart beat fast, adrenaline pounding through her veins, nervous tension seizing her thoughts and voice. This was her only chance, the only chance to convince the clans of what must be done. If she failed... Stop it! Brighteyes told herself. I won't fail, I cannot fail... But who would listen to her? She was just a kit to them, whether or not she'd been given her warrior name. Just a kit who'd stuck her nose in places where it didn't belong. A 6-moon-old Talon Triber, an apprentice in a broken clan, a crazy dead cat, and a tailless kit. Not exactly the perfect picture of the force that could save them. What could they possibly see in her?
Memories that she'd thought were buried in the depths of her memory, rose to the surface of her mind. Streams of images flashed through her head. She was 2 moons old again, a small, lost kit, crying for someone to take her in, frightened and alone. She saw Berkheart fighting to defend her against Deathen, saw him die fighting for his clan and everything he believed in. She saw Fade's fierce expression in his eyes as he faced down Detachable for a nameless kit he'd never met and his determined look when he said he would join her cause. Her resolve hardened as the warrior set her jaw determinedly. She would see this through.

Eyes that once sparkled with life now burn with the fire of determination. Beware the enemy that has nothing to lose and everything to gain, for they are the most dangerous enemy of all.

Hmm. Yes, well, some people and I discussed that Rapture was ill with the Mad Bird Disease and what not. I'll post the symptoms we came up with later, and I'll also be asking a fairly important question.
Rapture had been so ill lately; disease had kept him cooped up in some random den, for fear of it spreading to his fellow tribe mates. In fact, he had refused to let Devistation take a look at him, not to mention diagnose him. Well, anyway, it was a full moon, and he was feeling up to for a friendly conversation with Star.
Male strode with a heavy heart, head and tail slinking low and shoulders drooped, but that didn’t stop his pursuit. Much. Perhaps he wasn’t as well as he thought, or well at all for that matter. A cough was expressed violently, hacking up small droplets of blood as he swayed dizzily. Minor tufts of fur were missing from his haunches, as well as crooked tail, but, those were from an itch that seemed to have found it’s way to him. So, because of this, he sat down and began kicking at the tender spot behind his missing ear, whining hopelessly.
Rising and slinking onwards, despite the fact that he could collapse any second now, tom simply murmured to himself how much better things would be once he’s made sure everything as doing fine in her clan. No, he wasn’t in love, he just felt responsible. Well, alpha made it half way, he was only about a step into Fourtrees, and, you know, he just fell over. That probably wasn’t very good on his part, but, what ever.
It was quite obvious other cats were around at the time, if anyone happened to be in a really good mood, maybe they would help dear little Rapture? Either that, or they’d just up and kill him right there. Right now, he was just relying on the fact that he looked like crowfood, and they would hopefully ignore him, frightened they might catch it. Whatever ‘it’ was.
Mhm. Yes, even if you people don’t agree to Rappy having this little disease, he still has to be ill enough to be quarantined for two weeks. :] Ew post please. Fasjkdfhlskdjh He has a leather collar on, so don’t think it’s as easy as tearing out his throat.

Heatherpaw froze. She remembered how amberpelt was ripped apart by a badger. It was a horrorble sight. She wasnt even born when berkheart died but amberpelt kept telling heatherpaw how great he was. He was brave, He was strong. But she toldheatherpaw how much she loved him. Heatherpaw felt a bolt of sadness run through her. She remembered how amberpelt looked after the badger left. But did berkheart know that heatherpaw was his daughter? Heatherpaw was proud to be the daughter of the bravest warrior alive. Then came Amberpelt and berkhearts voice. Heatherpaw let out a small wail. Then she stood yup and then her pelt began to bristle, "We have to leave the forest! Trust me, I found twoleg glass in the forest! I even found some fox traps. Oh please belive me!" she wailed.

2) The tom looked up at the clear sky. 'Full moon tonight. I better get Silent.' He crawled out of his den, searching for any Talon Tribe. Crawling to where Silent slept. Lightly tapping Silent, he whispered, "Silent, wake up. It's time to go."

Silentstep awoke to Blackstar's paw jabbing into his side. He raised his head. Glaring light of the moon filtered into the den, bathing the black and orange leader's fur in a bright white glow. The deputy's yellow eyes seemed to glow now too, but not with the light of the moon. As he stood and padded out of the den alongside his leader, excitement stormed in his stomach with the thought of what exactly it was time to go to. A Gathering. The last one they would have before the migration, if everything went smoothly. Big if. Silent knew just how big this Gathering would be for the four Clans.
As the tom padded into Fourtrees, he sat just at the foot of the Highrock. His fur, nearly identical to Berkheart's, was rustled in the wind. He didn't feel the cold, though. Hard golden eyes gazed up at Silverpelt as Silent sent a silent prayer to his brother: Berkheart. I know you wanted me to help in the fight against Talon Tribe. And I did. I tried my best without suicidally throwing myself into a fight. But Berk, we haven't gotten anywhere. Things are only getting worse. I believe it's in the four Clans best intrest to leave, regardless of whether or not the tribe follows. I know you well enough to know you'll hate it. But please, just think like the strong leader you ended up as rather than the reckless loner you were. You know what's best for the clans. Don't let this decision tear you apart.
The warrior closed his eyes. He was ready for whatever was to come, now.

Loner white and orange she-cat marched up to a 'gathering'. Learn the enemies weaknesses, oh yes, fun. She smiled, glad that she had been with that dumb clan, that LightningClan. She was excited, after all, anything she could learn could help against the war she planed on raging, with her being victor over all. She was going to smooth talk her way into the trust of the lovely Clan. She smirked, her yellow teeth showing. [Blah, DDDDDDDDDDD:]
